DEFCOM is the name given to the Discount Loyalty Card that provides members with point-of-sale discounts and benefits from a large number of companies and businesses across Australia.

Members don't have to earn points - they simply show their card and save!

DEFCOM was incorporated in 1989 and issued it's first directory in 1990.

We launched our website defcom.com.au in 1998. It gained immediate popularity amongst members and has grown in importance ever since. It is, without doubt, the best way for members to stay informed of the latest companies participating in the system and any special time-limited offers.

In 2008 we expanded our range of commodities to include Australian and International Travel product through Holidays Direct. Members can book Travel Insurance, Cruises, Tours and Package Holidays worldwide at DEFCOM rates.

MEMBERSHIP

There are a number of membership categories available, Protectors, Defence and Associate (for individuals or groups).

DEFCOM enters into agreements with various organisations, government departments, unions and companies to provide free membership as a condition of employment.

If you don't belong to a DEFCOM accredited organisation you may join as an associate member for a very small annual fee that covers our postage and administration fees.
