• In Australia we assist organisations and individuals in reducing and offsetting their CO2 emissions.

• Our main mission – an innovative and exciting mission – is to replace kerosene lights with solar lamps in poor communities throughout Africa, Asia and the Pacific.

For less than $1 per week you can make a unique impact on CO2 emissions and poverty.

Over 300 million households are not connected to an electricity grid and depend on expensive, dangerous & polluting kerosene lamps (over 1.5 billion of them) for lighting. By partnering with the solar lamp manufacturer and distributors in poor countries, Carbon Community is able to turn every $1 contributed by Supporters into around $4 worth of solar lamps.
